I love the Gadsden flag. It’s so simple and beautiful. Nowadays it is most associated with constitutionalism and libertarians but it was originally created as imagery in opposition to Britain. The rattlesnake is unique to the Americas so it became a good marker for our strength as well as a distinction from the old world. This flag poetically sends a clear threat without being aggressive.
