Death Shall have no dominion is a poem by Dylan Thomas. It borrows from the Bible, specifically Romans 6:9 – “Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.”…Thomas’ poem is a sublimation for all of us though and carves out the ways in which we are all free from death’s tyranny. Although we will die, there remain aspects of life that transcend it… For example, love will continue.
